Dream Home Inspections is proudly owned and operated by Kris and Sean Skirrow. Both Kris and Sean are excited to bring excellence to the real estate industry with their superior skills and knowledge in home inspections.
Kris Skirrow is the primary Co-Owner of Dream Home Inspections and has been an Engineer serving the building and Aerospace industries for over 30 years. With a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Masters degree in Business Administration, certified training by NACHI, (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and a Florida state home inspectors license, Kris brings professionalism and precision to the home inspections industry. Kris is still an affiliated Senior Member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, Licensed Professional Structures Engineer, and a member of the Port Orange/South Daytona Chamber of Commerce.
Sean Skirrow is the Co-Owner of Dream Home Inspections and has been through extensive NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors) training and certification in all aspects of home inspections. Sean also has a Florida state home inspector license. Sean prides himself in providing outstanding home inspections as well as excellent customer service. Through working in the industry and along side his father, Sean has developed the unique ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure a reliable and professional home inspection.
