The Bronze Package of our Dream Home Annual Checkup includes a standard examination of your home’s roof, attic, and exterior walls. Homeowners are recommended to check up on these areas once a year or at the first sign of a potential health or safety hazard.

About the Crawl Space Addition:
If your home has a crawl space, it’s important to have it checked with the rest of your home, to ensure there is no damage to the structure supporting your home or the essential systems running underneath it. The Dream Home Crawl Space Checkup can be added on to the Gold and Platinum Packages for an additional fee of $50.
