3. No Code Inspection or Engineering Services
Unless specifically stated in writing, inspections performed by Dream Home Inspection LLC are visual, non-invasive inspections conducted in accordance with applicable Florida Standards of Practice and the executed inspection agreement.

4. Mold, Environmental, and Indoor Air Quality Services
​
Mold assessments, indoor air quality evaluations, moisture investigations, and environmental-related services may be subject to separate agreements, standards, laboratory procedures, and licensing requirements under Florida law.

Laboratory analysis and environmental findings are limited to conditions observed and sampled at the time of service.

5. Scheduling and Payments
Appointments are subject to availability.

Clients agree to provide accurate property and contact information. Pricing may change if:

Additional buildings or systems are added

Services are expanded

Access limitations delay inspection

Occupancy or property conditions materially differ from expectations

Utilities are off or required systems are inaccessible

Payment may be required before release of reports.

Returned payments, chargebacks, or payment disputes may result in delayed report delivery or collection activity.

6. Text Messaging Authorization​
By submitting your contact information through this website, scheduling software, inspection agreement, online forms, phone calls, emails, or other communication methods, you authorize Dream Home Inspection LLC to contact you via:

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Weather, unsafe conditions, restricted access, utilities being off, occupant interference, or other circumstances beyond our control may require rescheduling.

8. Inspection Reports
​
Inspection reports are prepared exclusively for the client identified in the inspection agreement.

Reports are intended to assist clients in evaluating the general condition of a property at the time of inspection only.
Inspection reports:

Are not warranties or guarantees

Do not predict future performance

Do not identify every defect
-
Reflect conditions visible and accessible at the time of inspection
Unauthorized reliance by third parties is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing.

9. RecallChek, Warranties, and Third-Party Programs
Dream Home Inspection LLC may provide access to third-party warranty programs, RecallChek services, sewer warranties, roof warranties, appliance recall services, or similar benefits.
​
These programs are administered by independent third parties and are subject to their own terms, conditions, limitations, exclusions, and coverage requirements.
​
Dream Home Inspection LLC does not administer, insure, or guarantee third-party warranty coverage.
​​
10. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, logos, graphics, inspection content, photographs, and branding are the property of Dream Home Inspection LLC unless otherwise noted.

Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
